You can not just simply decipher the minds of a company and pass them off as being afraid of innovation. Eh, I knew what I was getting into when I made this. But, you know, a lot of Mega Man fans say that Mega Man was best during the 8 bit and 16 bit eras, and hate a modern, 3D Mega Man. To see a franchise mired in the past, and a fanbase that supports it…well, I can’t run with that crowd, you know? ‘Course, not EVERY MM fan believes this, but just glance through the comments in this video. Retro’s fine, but something updated would be swell too.

UGH, no, like i said before, there was different , like in x7 and x8, it wasn’t the greatest. i didn’t like the idea of a 3d world in legends either, but i played it, and to me… it said it was mega man, because of what it is, and only a real fan, not someone that’s a mega man fan boy, can only see. if you’re too blind to understand all this, then you’re really not a true fan. and if you can’t take the heat like this, and only want to hear what you want to, then you shouldn’t of hadmadethis

um…have you played a 3D megaman game? I don’t like it. I like the 8-bit/16-bit Megaman! (except for Megaman 7’s sprite he’s good for comics) I understand that you want Capcom to change up the style and stuff but what do you want? on Megaman 9 you don’t have charge ups or slide anymore! but you get Downloadable content, Time Modes, and Challenges! All for 1000 wii points! ($10) what more of a change do you want?

what it looks like to me is that you’re just another fanboy that needs a cd case on his collection wall. and you want to impose what you think the industry should do, grow up man. the industry heeds to the demands of the people regardless how advanced technology is. so your argument is weak, really weak. like a ten year old trying to get what he wants, lol, when dude it’s not always gonna be like that. a real fan would love all mega man games because of the symbol he is in the gaming industry+.

okay, first of all …
okay, first of all it is… a console game… because… you play it on… a… console? i mean last time i checked at least that’s what a wii/ps3/360 were right? and what’s with mega man not being it’s former golry, he’s more of a non stop spoken of legend. what made it that was all the different levels and the game play, granted when x7 and x8 came out that changed a little, along with legends, one of the best mega man games ever made. mega man games after x4 werent great cause keiji left.

oh, lol no, I (unfortunatley) haven’t played it, pretty much all my friends have though, and from what i hear its pretty good. I just don’t really have the time for video games so i like shorter ones, I was actually taking out some anger on my roomate when I posted that about RPGs (he has no life and plays many RPGs I could do without) but don’t get me wrong, I would like to try Kingdom Hearts.

And with that, I think it’s time to seal the deal. Now that MM9’s out on the Wii, and will soon be avaliable for XBLA and PSN, this video has served its purpose. I want to thank everyone for commenting. Yes, even the people who think I’m a complete moron

In the end, I wish the Blue Bomber well, and I hope the rest of you wish him luck on whatever he does next. I just hope it’s not called “Mega Man is Missing”.
