Classic Game Room HD reviews INFERNAL: ‘S VENGEANCE for Xbox 360. This shooter suffers from many sins, not the least of which is the lack of an autosave feature. Clumsy controls and no zoom in precision aiming make for a very weak shooter in a sea of saturated shooting games available for Xbox 360. The concept is equally stupid and unless you really want to just push through the game to earn the Achievement points there are better places to spend your money (on Atari games for example). This CGRHD review of Infernal: ’s Vengeance has Infernal gameplay from Infernal showing the Infernal controls and Infernal cut scenes and Infernal sounds that don’t sync up with the video at times and the Infernal plot and Infernal boss battles. An endless purgatory of frustration awaits those who choose to journey into Infernal’s sub par world of attempted chaos. Watch CGR get stuck at one of the end boss battles in level 1. Awesome…. no, that’s actually sarcasm.

This is an excellent rally racing, off road racing, truck, big rig dirt driving video game. Dirt came out in 2006 and is available at a bargain price today, drive a variety of vehicles like the Subaru Rally Car, Mitsubishi Lancer Rally Car, Lancia Rally Car and off road dune buggy things in courses from the USA, United Kingdom, Japan, Italy and other. Challenge your competitors one on one in rally events or race in crowded events with other drivers trying to crush you! Dirt is fun off road driving and reminds me of the 1000 miles to Baja race or whatever it’s called. From Codemasters, features the late, great Colin McRae in the game racing against you. Classic Game Room reviews driving games in high definition like Gran Turismo 5, Forza 2, Ferrari Challenge and DiRT. Reminds me of Colin McRae Rally for the Playstation. You can win DiRT achievement points and achievements the longer you play and win championships. Another cool mode of gameplay is the Hill Climb races.

The levels included in this download are Banzai, Corrosion, Sub Pens and Shi No Numa. The zombie level is my favorite as you can escape the confinement of the shack you’re stuck in and explore the swamp. New Xbox 360 Achievement points are available with Map Pack 2 if you can defeat enough zombies. The new multiplayer maps for Call of Duty WAW in Map Pack 2 are well designed and fun. Can’t find all the shortcuts? Well, keep driving and trying to wreck other cars. You’ll locate them all on the map eventually. The cars are modeled after real cars… loosely. You’ll find cars the resemble the Toyota Supra, Jaguar coupe, Ford GT40, Nissan Skyline, Cadillac and more. Published by EA, Burnout Paradise has a download for bikes. This SMASH TV review features HD gameplay from Smash TV, the iconic arcade hit from Williams featuring a demented Running Man style tv where you must survive by destroying waves of enemies, robots, tanks and goons! One of the creators of Smash TV is Eugene Jarvis, hero of CGRHD for his creation of Robotron 2084 and Defender. Using Robotron-style dual joystick controls you move with the left analog thumbstick on the 360 controller and fire with the right. Gameplay is frantic and out of control with more enemies than you can possibly destroy with your pea shooter gun. Weapon power ups, shields and extra lives are a must in this quarter munching arcade machine which was released in 1990. This XBLA version of Smash TV looks just like the arcade machine. Players can play a co-op game with a friend over Xbox Live Arcade and machine gun enemies together. You have unlimited continues when playing the XBLA Xbox 360 version of Smash TV. The 1st Classic Video Game review show on the Internet since 1999, Classic Game Room HD busts out XEVIOUS for the Xbox 360 Live Arcade! This 1980’s arcade retro classic set THE standard for vertical scrolling space shooters, or SHMUPS as we call them today. In fact this is considered the grandfather to shmup video games. You are the lone starfighter fighting against impossible odds in this coin-op classic. Xevious debuted in the arcades in 1982 but has since appeared on the Atari 7800, NES and Playstation just to name a few. Similar to Raiden 3 or Radiant Silvergun, this vertical shooter throws wave after wave of enemy bad guys at you and you knock ‘em down in flames.

XMEN WOLVERINE ORIGINS is an awesome acrade style action game with a storyline console feel, it is available on Xbox 360, PS3, PS2, Wii and PC. This CGRHD review of XMEN ORIGINS WOLVERINE has gameplay footage from X-MEN ORIGINS WOLVERINE recorded from Xbox 360, but the PS3 version should look very similar. Earn achievement points (and trophies) in X-Men Origins Wolverine as you play through the game, level Wolverine up with more health and skills and waste bad guys in a variety of bloody ways. While game play can be a bit choppy at times and the music and sounds aren’t the best out there, the easy to use control system combined with excellent, nontop action make Wolverine a very FUN game. Command a giant Voltron like robot who builds mass extractors, generators and factories which in turn build massive armies of tanks, mechs, vehicles, airplanes, bombers and battleships. Highlight units, give them commands to destroy the enemy and watch all heck break loose and massive battles unfold through jerky animation and lots of explosions. This Supreme Commander review has gameplay footage of Supreme Commander showing the game play walkthrough parts of the story. Learn to play Supreme Commander by reading the instruction manual that tells how to play Supreme Commander and tips and tricks, but learn about buying the game by watching the CGRHD review reviewing Supreme Commander. This WWII stealth assin game gets some mixed opinions from CGRHD but an overall good review because of the atmosphere and depth of detail in the environments. This here Classic Game Room HD review of Velvet assin has gameplay footage from Velvet assin recorded in high definition, showing game play of Velvet assin on Xbox 360 with achievement points being unlocked…. did your search pick that up? Right, moving on… play as a hot chick in tight pants infiltrating the German war machine in World War 2, sneaking up behind guards and stabbing them in the back while talking in a sultry English accent. Use the shadows to hide and cover while you move around cool WW2 era locations like a cathedral, German submarine docks and in colorful fields. Graphically and audibly impressive, Velvet assin could have used some more work in controls and with the length between checkpoints. It proves to be a challenging and underrated game which should appeal to those gamers who like ninja stealth assin third person shooter perspective video games. 12 levels makes Velvet assin a lengthy game that will take quite some time to complete. Classic Game Room HD reviews BLAZING ANGELS 2 for the Xbox 360, also available for PS3 and PC. This Blazing Angels 2 review shows gameplay and footage from the WW2 airplane combat arcade action shooting game! This game’s full title is Blazing Angels 2: Secret Missions of WWII and the gameplay is fast and exciting with lots of enemies on screen to shoot down with a variety of World War 2 vintage aircraft. It is a stylized comic book style plot and action game with a cool fictionalized storyline involving the Germans and some kind of super-top secret weapon and lots and lots of airplanes. Destroy ground targets and air targets, tanks, zeppelins, AA gunfire turrets, boats and more. Blazing Angels 2 should appeal to fans of arcade style flight simulators without much emphasis on realism, it should also appeal to fans of FPS first person shooter games who want to try something different.
