I recently bought a JVC Everio S camrcorder and figured I would test it out. It’s lightweight, compact, and easy to use. The quality is good but could be better. Overall, its a nice camera for only $300.
Before anyone asks, no, these aren’t even all of my games. Most of them are stored away in boxes elsewhere in my home.

Classic Game Room was the FIRST classic video game review show on the Internet in 1999. Returning in 2008 with new episodes, Classic Game Room breaks out a review of ROBOTRON 2084 for the Xbox 360 Xbox Live Arcade XBLA. Designed by Eugene Jarvis and released to the arcades in the early 1980’s, Robotron 2084 is one of the best old school classic video games ever created. You are a loner armed with a laser gun facing wave after wave of Robotrons bent on wiping out mankind. What will the year 2085 be like, how about 2086? This game asks a lot of questions and leaves few answers. But it does leave a wake of human carnage in its path. This is a hard shooter, sort of like Smash TV (hmmmm…. any similarities, maybe the same awesome designer??) CGRHD will also be covering Robotron 2084 for the Playstation 1 game console in the Williams Greatest Hits collection, Robotron 2084 for Atari 7800 and also Robotron 64 for the N64. Do they have a version of this game on PS3 or Wii? On Xbox Live you can get achievements and gamerpoints.

Review Part 3 of 3: Classic Game Room was the FIRST classic video game review show on the Internet in 1999. Returning in 2008 with new episodes, Classic Game Room breaks out a review of TIMESPLITTERS: FUTURE PERFECT for the Playstation 2 PS2 video game system. Time Splitters is an amazing series of first person shooters FPS designed by Free Radical. TS Future Perfect is the third in the series and possibly the best. You play as Cortez sent from the future to the past, then present, and future, back to the past, and future, and you get the idea. It’s an awesome game for shooting game fans who want a fun story and great action. Originally Timesplitters had an amazing online function but it was cancelled and discontinued a few months ago and is no longer hosted on the servers (which SUCKS). CGRHD is eagery awaiting a new Timesplitters on the Playstation 3 PS3 or Xbox 360. We demand Timesplitters 4!! MAKE IT FASTER. I think Free Radical is making that game HAZE and we’re getting that as soon as possible, but Timesplitters is what we want around here. I want to play as Robofish and shoot Ninja Monkey and Mr. Giggles and the Gingerbread Man. TSFP also came out on the Xbox.
This part of the review covers multiplayer mayhem, deathmatch, team, bag tag, bagtag (aka ninjaball), ault, shrink, virus and mapmaking. TS has a great map maker where you can create and design your own complex levels.

Game Room was the FIRST classic video game review show on the Internet in 1999. Returning in 2008 with new episodes, Classic Game Room breaks out a review of GALAGA on Xbox Live Arcade for the Xbox 360 video game console. XBLA has brought out numerous old school retrol arcade classics like Frogger, Pac Man, Xevious and Galaga. These games play in HD through an HDMI cable if you have one, they cost a few bucks each and are usually playable on Xbox Live where you can earn achievements and gamer points (gamerpoints). Galaga is a throwback to the days when Space Invaders influenced dozens of arcade machines, the alien invaders shoot at you and move back and forth, they fly down and attack you. Galaga is just awesome. you need to play this game if you like the 1980’s and arcade machine classic games and gaming.

EDIT TWO: MM9’s out on Wii, and will be out on XBLA and PSN soon. The video’s served its purpose, so I’m locking up shop. Thanks for watching!
EDIT: There seems to be a lot of confusion about the point I was trying to make. This rant is NOT trying to say that Mega Man 9 should be avaliable on a disc and sold in stores. This rant is about how the Mega Man franchise should embrace modern technologies and conventions for a sequel on the modern consoles that is worthy of its name. I apologize for any misunderstandings.
I slap on my “NERD RAGE” hat and talk about why Mega Man 9 deserves to be a full-fledged console game, rather than a downloadable one. Stupid comments will be defenestrated.

Classic Game Room HD reviews MS. PAC MAN for XBLA Xbox Live Arcade for the Xbox 360 video game console. This classic game is one of the best games ever made and a true arcade hit. Ms Pacman has been released on practically every video game system ever developed from the Atari 2600 all the way through the NES, Sega Genesis and PS2. How does this XBLA HD version of the game compare to the ARCADE original!?? Big questions come in small, yellow packages… with bows. Gobble up points and eat those power pellets to devour the evil ghosts. Ms. Pac Man’s gameplay was stunning back in the day and remains solid, addictive and entertaining decades later. Download it from Xbox Live Arcade for a few Microsoft credits, earn achievement points and enjoy yourself. This isn’t the crashing economy or Sarah Palin spewing poorly half-memorized gibberish, this is MS. PAC MAN! Not Miss, not Mrs., not even MR…. MS. Pac Man, es. ROCK!

Classic Game Room was the FIRST classic video game review show on the Internet in 1999. Returning in 2008 with new episodes, Classic Game Room breaks out a review of FATAL INERTIA for the Xbox 360 video game console! This game is like Hyrdo Thunder meets Star Wars Episode 1 Racer and it does that futuristic, space ship, land speeder, swamp buggy, deathmatch kind of thing well. If you like space ships and exploding things, and also like Forza 2 and Gran Turismo Prologue on the PS3, then you should enjoy this game. It’s lots of fun and feels like an old school arcade game… maybe not really old school, but it feels a lot like Hyrdo Thunder did in the arcade. Good times can be had playing Fatal Inertia (which also plays on Xbox Live). For those of you who don’t know what inertia is, it’s physics! Like if you are driving in your space ship swamp buggy at 300 mph and hit a wall, the ship stops, but inertia keeps you going until you are flattened into another wall or object. This game is fun with physics!

Classic Game Room HD reviews SMASH TV for Xbox Live Arcade on Xbox 360. This SMASH TV review features HD gameplay from Smash TV, the iconic arcade hit from Williams featuring a demented Running Man style tv where you must survive by destroying waves of enemies, robots, tanks and goons! One of the creators of Smash TV is Eugene Jarvis, hero of CGRHD for his creation of Robotron 2084 and Defender. Using Robotron-style dual joystick controls you move with the left analog thumbstick on the 360 controller and fire with the right. Gameplay is frantic and out of control with more enemies than you can possibly destroy with your pea shooter gun. Weapon power ups, shields and extra lives are a must in this quarter munching arcade machine which was released in 1990. This XBLA version of Smash TV looks just like the arcade machine. Players can play a co-op game with a friend over Xbox Live Arcade and machine gun enemies together. You have unlimited continues when playing the XBLA Xbox 360 version of Smash TV. This is a must have, very affordable and really fun. Smash TV is TOTAL CARNAGE!!!!!!!!! Classic Game Room HD reviews XBLA video games as an XBLA reviewer reviewing games like Smash TV for Xbox Live Arcade. Although a sequel to Smash TV was talked about sadly it never came to be made.

The 1st Classic Video Game review show on the Internet since 1999, Classic Game Room HD busts out XEVIOUS for the Xbox 360 Live Arcade! This 1980’s arcade retro classic set THE standard for vertical scrolling space shooters, or SHMUPS as we call them today. In fact this is considered the grandfather to shmup video games. You are the lone starfighter fighting against impossible odds in this coin-op classic. Xevious debuted in the arcades in 1982 but has since appeared on the Atari 7800, NES and Playstation just to name a few. Similar to Raiden 3 or Radiant Silvergun, this vertical shooter throws wave after wave of enemy bad guys at you and you knock ‘em down in flames.
