That little thing on the side of your Xbox is the hard drive. Push in the button then pull it out. Return the Xbox and explain it to them and they should give you an Xbox without a hard drive. Hope this helped!

The red ring of death is not with your hard drive it is with the system it sellf so just remove your hard drive and there you go because when you save things it goes on the hard drive. so i wish you good luck and hope you find a good deal

Just transfer over the memory to the new one. Unplug the detachment on the side of the xbox.

recover you gamertag but it wont have everything buy a trasferkit to get everything back
